Dr. Mohammad Hamidullah Sheikh serves as the Director of Research at TexAm University, Dallas, USA, an institution committed to integrating STEM education with Islamic values and ethical learning. A distinguished academic and accomplished administrator, Dr. Sheikh brings over three decades of experience in education, governance, and public service, blending intellectual depth with strategic leadership.

He holds a Ph.D. in Education, a Master’s in English Language and Literature, an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s in Law. His doctoral research centered on higher education, emphasizing quality assurance, institutional improvement, and leadership development. With 33 years of public administration experience, 22 years in educational management, and 12 years of university-level teaching, Dr. Sheikh has played a key role in shaping academic policy, institutional reform, and research culture across multiple sectors.

Beyond academia, Dr. Sheikh is a prolific writer and poet with published works in both Urdu and English.
